Paris is wonderful, just try to avoid Hotel Westminster. I booked their Deluxe 25m room and received 11,8m room with dirty bathroom instead. France….In any other country this would be unimaginable, but at Hotel Westminster Paris it is a norm. Bait and switch without apologies or price reduction for much cheaper room. You have been warned dear travelers.

Definetly go to Europe's biggest business city, La Défense with la Grande Arche de la Défense, a modern interpretation of the Arc de triomphe. With a height of over 100m it is definetly worth getting on top of it (yes!). The view is stunningly amazing! Once you're up there you'll get to notice that the arc de triomphe and la Grande Arche are sitting in one line, extending the "Axe historique".
Even if La Défense is located outside of the city of Paris, you can easily get there by metro and you'll pay as much as for a normal ride within the city borders: 1,90€ (2019)

Love Paris! We were there last week April 2019. It is awesome! Love macarons at Laduree. But the waiter there said don't go to Champ Elysee on Saturday coz of the riots and protests. Sad why people vandalize and loot the shops.
